Trying to live a more excellent life, at least for my kidneys.

I would regularly consume 900mg of caffeine daily—a bad idea.
This a big no-no. Consider the mayo clinic’s recommendation of no more than 400mg.
It caused me to eat less and start to feel panicked more often. It was easier to smile, but I was more of a recluse.
After nearly panicking over my grades, the lowest being 78.88%, I thought it over and decided, hmm. I should cut the caffeine.
Cutting caffeine spiraled oddly into wellness stuff. You know, like eating regularly and going outside. Also, drinking water is essential too.
I have overnight oats in my fridge right now; how much can I take of being this wellness-focused?
I am not typing this blog post to tell you to stop drinking caffeine. Unless you drink as much as I did, then I feel confident saying, please stop.
I want you all to pause, think about what you do, look at what you have, and figure out how to improve your life.
I cleaned out my phone and remembered I had a health app. As well as a reminders app. I have only been using them for a week; they have made managing my life easier.
Don’t start looking for things outside of what you have to improve your life just yet. I tend to do this and spend too much money trying to solve a problem fixed by my laptop’s built-in note app.
To benefit from adding something new to your routine, you must first examine and establish your routine. It is why I now spend money on Grammarly. I looked at my everyday schedule and realized that most of what I do is writing. Also, I suck at grammar, so I lose points on assignments and time by not using it.
I needed to examine my terrible lifestyle choices to be more relaxed and productive. Not to mention healthy.
I know not everyone has a crippling caffeine problem, or I hope so. I want to encourage you on a day off or when you have the time to think about your life and see what makes it suck, look at what you have, then see if you can improve it.
I am far from a lifestyle guru, but this helped me out.
I hope you all have a wonderful day.
